No Name Deli in Murphy

Very nice place, 1st time visiting, will go again when in town. Love the song that was on the wall, grabbed some spaghetti, excellent.

Great ice cream sundaes and ice cream sodas! Like the old-fashioned soda shops where I grew up. Fun!

Although this was my first time at the No Name Ice Cream Parlor, I have passed it several times before. When I promised my daughter ice cream today, I knew right where to go. It is kind of set up like a 1950's ice cream parlor, only better. The lady working behind the counter and the owner were both more than happy to deviate from the menu and assist me in creating the ultimate ice cream dream. Bananas, mint chocolate chip ice cream drizzled with caramel, vanilla ice cream drizzled with hot fudge, topped with whipped cream, nuts and a cherry...all I can say is that it was heavenly. I was pleasantly impressed with this place and I highly recommend anyone in the Murphy area to check this place out.

I thought about turning around and walking out the second I saw the giant "HEY GUESS WHAT GUYS WE'RE CHRISTIAN AREN'T WE SO BRAVE SCREAMING TO THE WORLD WE'RE CHRISTIAN IN A TOWN THAT IS 99.999% CHRISTIAN!!!!!!!" sign. A little decorum in that area is not too much to ask for, seriously! The churches in the area are more subtle and classy. However, despite my reservations, I went in, and the experience was... meh. Average to a bit below average. I think I probably would have gotten better or the same level of food at the Subway across the street.

Great ice cream with an old fashion theme restaurant. The owner was there and he is truly a wonderful person that is just trying to make people happy. I promise you will go in with an empty stomach and out with a smile! I will visit again for sure!

Have only been here for banana splits. Really good! Very quaint with lots of memorabilia. Here I'm talking about the ice cream shop adjacent to the deli (No Name Old Fashion Ice Cream Parlor). The only criticism I have is that they should use their social media (FB) more often. We drove 22 miles for ice cream only to discover the shop closed for vacation! Should have posted that on FB. Also should have informed callers on their answering service.

I love the food there especially when Tiffany is cooking it. Without that wonderful and positive attitude and how she makes my sandwich they way I like it, I don't know that I will return. You should bring her back. Thank you!!

This place is fantastic Alan the owner makes the best sandwiches and soups it'd be worth your time to go down there and have something to eat and enjoy it

Great food and friendly service.

The food was pretty good, however for the price paid there wasn't enough product. No fryer so do not expect any fried food...🍟. The potato salad was very good, just a tiny scoop that i had to order separately since nothing came with my sandwhich. The Reuben was also good, a bit messy but that makes the best sandwiches. Waitress was a bit flighty but nice. Probably won't be back though.

The food was anything but good! The bill was $$$45.00 for three six inch subs and kids PB&J. I don’t mind paying for good food but don’t waste your money on this 🤮.

This place is our favorite place in town! Service is always friendly, our order is taken quickly and our food is out before we know it! The rolls and sauce are amazing (we get them everytime) and the rest of the food is terrific too!!!

Do NOT try going here with kids. It looks kid friendly but the older gentleman couldn't tolerate our group of kids even though four parents were with them. They were right beside us and he started saying things like "unsupervised children will be sold" and "don't hurt my stuff". We left because he becoming increasingly irritable. It was weird.

Friendly service, reasonable prices. I had the chicken parmesan "dinner" (they close at 3pm everyday, hardly dinner time) that comes with spaghetti and meat sauce (homemade) on the side, and little rolls as well. My wife had an italian sub, both of our orders were brought out quickly, but it was slow when we were there. Everything tasted great, we would eat there again

I love this deli. Ive been going here for years. Always great food and great service. Plus the owners are such goid people. You always feel at home and welcomed.

Absolutely the best deli on the planet. Get the meatball sub, it's phenomenal. Everything on the menu is delicious. Garlic knots are buttery parmeseany goodness!

The service of this place is HORRENDOUS! The employees are just plain rude and disorganized. Also, the entire place only uses disposable utensils, plates and cups. What a wasteful place. The food was decent if you can track the waitress down to ask for utensils and napkins, which she proceeded to then complain that we needed them. Why work somewhere serving if you dont have a helpful attitude?
